Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to audition, including performers from previous years.
-
We want to include as many acts as possible, but there will be more audition spots than we have room for in the show.
-
Here are some of the main things we will be considering in choosing this year’s performers:
Is the act safe to perform indoors in front of a live audience?
Can the act set-up and tear down their gear/performance equipment quickly?
Is this act committed to participating in the show?
Is the act entertaining to watch?
Is it unique?
Can we accommodate the physical/technical needs of the act?
Have we seen anything like this before?
Is this act ready to share their talents on stage?
Do we have sponsorship/prizes that can benefit and help further this act?

The most important this you can do is be reliable. Show up on time, be prepared and commit to the bit.
We produce this show with multiple acts and it comes together quickly. Being a supporting team player and enjoying the process of being part of the show is half the fun, so attitude counts too!
We are committed to showcasing as much diversity within the show as possible. Showing us what makes your talent special does go a long way. The more originality and passion, the better.
We do this because we love it and we are here to have a good time, so enjoy the process of entertaining and you’ll be off to great start.

No. This year, we will only be accepting auditions in person. Because of the way this show is produced, it’s essential that we see the act in person so we have a full understanding of how to support it technically and how to pace the show when setting up the performance order. We have provided two audition days to try and accommodate as many acts as possible.
